REFUND POLICY

At Silqfit LTD we understand that receiving a damaged product can be disappointing. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer three options for refunds. 

In the case of receiving a damaged item. Please read carefully and select one of the following options:

  1. Replacement: The customer will receive a new product to replace the damaged item at no additional cost. You may keep the damaged item, and we will promptly ship the replacement to you. 

  2. Gift Card: Alternatively, you may opt to receive a gift card equivalent to the amount spent on the purchased item, which will be 100% discount code available for one time only. This gift card can be used for future purchases on our website.

  3. Return and Refund {within 14 days from receiving the product}: If you prefer a refund, kindly ship the damaged product into back to our inventory address that will be provided after contacting our customer service. Upon receiving the returned item and verifying the order number, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 15-30 business days.

Please Note:

  • To proceed with any of the above options, please contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the damaged product at contact@silqfit.com.
  • For option No3, the customer is responsible for shipping the damaged product back to our inventory, Once received and verified, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

X. Our refund policy strictly prohibits individuals under the age of 18 from making purchases or engaging in transactions on our site. The Site is designed for adult use only. If we discover that a purchase has been made by a minor, we reserve the right to cancel the order or not issuing a refund. Parents or guardians who believe their child has made a purchase on our site should contact us immediately for assistance in resolving the issue.
